Sara Torsella
Director of Leasing
As director of leasing for NNP Residential and leasing manager at The Shoreham, Ms. Torsella spearheaded the record-breaking leaseup at The Shoreham, the first luxury residential tower at Lakeshore East. While experts reported a floundering Chicago rental market, Ms. Torsella and her team engineered a 99 percent leaseup of the 548-unit building in less than one year She joined NNP’s leasing and management staff in 2000 as a leasing consultant for One Superior Place and later was appointed leasing director for the Grand Plaza, an assignment that earned her a nomination as Leasing Director of the Year.
Ms. Torsella attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison. She is active in the Chicagoland Apartment Association and is a recent graduate of the CAA salesperson program. |
