Loewenberg Berger
President
Robin Loewenberg Berger has honed real estate expertise encompassing architectural design, management, operations, leasing, development and marketing. Ms. Berger oversees all facets of the firm enabling NNP Residential LLC to become a leader in residential leasing, marketing and management services. Loewenberg Berger also serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Magellan Realty Group LLC and is a Vice President for Chicago-based architecture firm Loewenberg Architects, both affiliates of NNP Residential. Ms. Berger graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
Ms. Loewenberg Berger is part of the management team that has been instrumental in development of Lakeshore East. This 28-acre project located where the Chicago River meets Lake Michigan is a $4 billion development and will include 4,950 residences, 2.2 million gross square feet of commercial space, 1,500 hotel rooms, a 6-acre public park and proposed elementary school.
Ms. Loewenberg Berger is a Board member for both the Chicagoland Apartment Association and the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association. She also has played leadership roles in numerous philanthropic, educational and community organizations in Chicago, serving as President of the Women’s Board of the Museum of Contemporary Art, Program Committee of the Sustaining Fellows of The Art Institute of Chicago, Alumni Association President and a Trustee of the Latin School of Chicago, volunteer Chair for Children Affected by AIDS in Chicago, Capital Campaign Chair and Board member of Chicago Youth Programs’ Building for a Brighter Future Campaign and is a professional member of the American Institute of Architects.
Loewenberg Berger is a Board member
