Renee Wersching
Executive Vice President

Renee Wersching joined NNP Residential and Development in 1991. Her years of real estate experience include a diverse set of skills in the operations, development and management of high-rise mixed-use urban projects. Renee is responsible for the organization's overall operations, overseeing the establishment and maintenance of the company's asset management portfolio, accounting systems and controls, and the firm's treasury, budgeting, and human resource functions. Ms. Wersching has been involved in the placement of over $1 billion in debt and equity on behalf of the firm's in-house projects and also administers new development construction budgets.

Ms. Wersching also serves as Vice President of Operations for Chicago-based architecture firm Loewenberg Architects LLC, an affiliate of NNP Residential founded in 1919.

Renee, a licensed real estate salesperson, graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and upon graduation, received her Certified Public Accounting designation.
