Vice President of Operations

Ms. Kuhn’s extensive background in residential property management includes staffing, administration, marketing, and establishing policy & procedure for all new construction projects. Ms Kuhn joined NNP in 1989 and has worked as the Director of Operations successfully opening the following residential communities: State Place, Lancaster, 180 N. Jefferson Grand Plaza and the furnished housing program, Caravel, Admiral’s Pointe, Farallon, 630 North State Parkway, Dearborn Place, and Gold Coast Galleria Apartments.

Previous to Ms. Kuhn’s tenure with NNP Residential, she worked for Baird & Warner with a specialization of implementing operating procedures, employee supervision, leasing, marketing, training and budget development. Ms. Kuhn was intermittently transferred to other locations to review problem areas and provide assistance in restructuring operating procedures and training new employees in company policies and procedures.

Ms. Kuhn graduated from Harper College with a degree in Accounting and Payroll Taxes and attended Wilbur Wright College for additional accounting certifications. Ms. Kuhn is a certified apartment manager, holds an Illinois Real Estate Sales and Brokers License, is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, and has received numerous certifications in Fair Housing, Leasing, and Marketing education.
