Debbie Graff
Vice President of Operations
Veteran NNP property manager Debbie Graff is the vice president of property management for NNP Residential. Serving most recently as property manager for The Shoreham, Lakeshore East’s 46-story luxury residential tower, Ms. Graff’s responsibilities entail staffing, administration, marketing and helping establish policies and procedures for all NNP rental properties.
Ms. Graff was previously manager of the Grand Plaza complex in the River North neighborhood. She joined NNP in 1984 after attending Southern Illinois University and has managed several of the city’s largest apartment complexes for NNP, including Ontario Place, River City, One East Delaware and One Superior Place. Under her stewardship both Grand Plaza and One Superior Place received numerous Property Excellence Awards form the Chicagoland Apartment Association. |
